PAYMENT Jimmy Birdy accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK (Danish Kroner) and include VAT.

DELIVERY Jimmy Birdy aims to dispatch orders received before 12 PM on the same day; otherwise, orders will be sent the next business day. We deliver to all of Denmark, and shipping is free. Items will be delivered to a parcel shop closest to the residential address provided during the order, unless otherwise agreed. We do not deliver internationally (including the Faroe Islands and Greenland). Your items are shipped with GLS. NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, your package will be moved to the nearest alternative location, and you will be notified. In case of issues, please contact customer service. We deliver goods on all weekdays, and your order will be delivered 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Certain items may have special delivery conditions, which will be specified before the purchase of those items.

Warranty A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or manufacturing. Depending on the specific situation, you can have the item repaired, replaced, receive a refund, or a price reduction. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must report the defect/error within a "reasonable time" after discovering it. Refund If a refund is due, please include bank details such as account number and sort code so the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided via email or another electronic form without risk, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for refund purposes.

Right of Withdrawal There is a 14-day full right of withdrawal for items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day:

  • You receive the order.
  • You receive the last item in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for multiple different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in multiple installments.
  • You receive the last batch or last part in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of items consisting of several batches/parts.
  • The first item in physical possession when it concerns regular delivery of items over a specified period. Return costs must be covered by you. Withdrawal must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase, and the item must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal. The notification must be sent by email to hey@jimmybirdy.dk, clearly indicating the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item, fill out the attached Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without giving clear notice.

Return You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

Receipt of Damaged Package If you, as a customer, receive a damaged package, you must take pictures of the package and its contents and file a complaint with GLS or contact us within 5 days of receipt. Do not return the package to us, as it removes the right to complain, and GLS will not compensate for damages. By accepting these conditions, you confirm that, in the event of receiving a damaged package, you will take pictures and initiate a complaint with GLS or send pictures to us within 5 days. The package will not be returned to us until the complaint is resolved. In addition, you, as a customer, accept that Jimmy Birdy may refuse a refund for the order if the above criteria are not met.

Condition of the Item upon Return You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties, and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item as you would in a physical store. If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that, in the event of cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund, depending on the item's commercial value at the time of the return. To receive a full refund, you must therefore test the item without actually using it.

Repayment If you cancel your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you have paid to us. In case of depreciation for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase amount. When using the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Repayment is made with the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.
